RECEIVE ENGINEERING SERVICES PROPOSAL,
DESIGNATE ENGINEER, AND
ORDER SIGNAL JUSTIFICATION REPORT AND PRELIMINARY
ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
VICKSBURG LANE/25TH AVENUE/SHANANDOAH LANE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 5105
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Proposal has been prepared by the City's consulting
engineer, Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. with respect to Vicksburg Lane/25",
Avenue/Shenandoah Lane Traffic Signal Improvements; and
WHEREAS, said proposal is being received by the Council on February 8, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc is designated as the engineer, is ordered
to prepare a Signal Justification Report and Preliminary Engineering
Report for the Vicksburg Lane/25"' Avenue/Shenandoah Lane Traffic
Signal Improvements and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to sign the Engineering Services Agreement;
Adopted by the City Council on February 8, 2005.
