RESOLUTION NO. 2005-048
RECEIVE ENGINEERING SERVICES PROPOSAL,
DESIGNATE ENGINEER, AND
ORDER PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR
CITY CENTER AREA STREET LIGHTING - PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 4143
WHEREAS, an Engineering Services Proposal has been prepared by the City's
consulting engineer, URS, Inc. with respect to the City Center Area Street Lighting -
Phase 2 Improvements; and
WHEREAS, said proposal is being received by the Council on February 8, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. is designated as the engineer, is
ordered to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report for the City
Center Area Street Lighting - Phase 2 Improvements, and the Mayor
and City Manager are authorized to sign the Engineering Services
Agreement;
Adopted by the City Council on February 8, 2005.
