RESOLUTION SETTING PLYMOUTH
METROLINK DIAL -A -RIDE FARES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Advisory Committee on Transit (PACT) provides review and
oversight of Plymouth Metrolink operations, facilities and administration; and
WHEREAS, PACT has reviewed and recommended for approval a Dial -A -Ride fare increase
effective March 12, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the City to
adopt a resolution setting new Plymouth Dial -A -Ride fares effective March 12, 2005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City hereby adopts this resolution setting fares for Plymouth Dial -
A -Ride at $2.00 for same-day service and for advance reservations, and at
$1.00 for seniors (60+), students (K — 12) and persons with disabilities,
effective March 12, 2005.
