RESOLUTION 2005-017
APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "SHOPS AT PLYMOUTH CREEK"
LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF HIGHWAY 55 AND VICKSBURG LANE (2004112-F)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for "Shops at Plymouth Creek" on
December 14, 2004, to allow creation of six lots on the roughly 28.7 -acre site located at the
southwest corner of State Highway 55 and Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Spicer Addition (to be replatted
as Lots 1-6, Block 1, Shops at Plymouth Creek).
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a development contract to address the public and private
improvements related to said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the development
contract for said plat, and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the
development contract on behalf of the City.
ADOPTED by the City Council on January 25, 2005.
