RESOLUTION NO. 2006-509
PROPERTY TAX LEVIES FOR TAX PAYABLE IN 2007
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved budgets for the fiscal year commencing
January 1, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budgets require monies to be raised from property taxes on
taxable property in the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money
be raised by property tax on taxable property in the City of Plymouth for taxes payable in
2007 as set out in the approved 2007 City budgets are hereby levied:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said proposed property tax levy be certified to
the County Auditor of Hennepin County on or before December 27, 2006.
Adopted by the City Council on December 12, 2006.
