RESOLUTION 2006-497
APPROVING TARGET AND TRAP SHOOT LICENSE
FOR PLYMOUTH GUN CLUB
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Gun Club has submitted an application for a target and trap shoot
license for the premises at 4955 Holly Lane; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a target and trap shoot license is hereby approved
for the Plymouth Gun Club, 4955 Holly Lane, for the period January 1, 2007, through December
31, 2007. The hours of operation shall be: on Tuesdays from noon until dark; Wednesdays from
11:00 a.m. until dark; Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. until dark; and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until
4:00 p.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff notify the Plymouth Gun Club that any fiiture license
will be contingent on update and review of the lead decontamination mitigation plan.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on December 12, 2006.
