RESOLUTION NO. 2006-491
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL
CITY CENTER STREET LIGHTING PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 4143
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Killmer Electric Company, Inc. as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for the City Center Street Lighting Project,
City Project No. 4143, said agreement was approved by the City Council on February 7,
2006; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $153,172.00 and the value of the
work to date is $153,172.00 and is herewith approved.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for the City Center Street
Lighting Project No. 4143 and certified to the Council by the engineer as
acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the contract except as
to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after final
payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of $34,422.00 to
Killmer Electric Company, Inc. for the City Center Street Lighting
Project, City Project No. 4143 is hereby approved and the City Finance
Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
Funding will be from Special Assessments.
Adopted by the City Council on December 12, 2006.
