APPROVAL OF ACQUISITION AGREEMENT FOR
PARCEL NO. 9 (PIN 22-118-22-14-0019 AND 22-118-22-14-0020)
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 1013
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been prepared between the City and Family Hope
Services, Inc., owners of Parcel 9 (PIN 22-118-22-14-0019 and 22-118-22-14-0020), for the
acquisition of permanent right-of-way and temporary constriction easements; and
WHEREAS, for fiill compensation for conveyance of said property, the City of Plymouth shall pay
the owners the sum of $44,000 for land and damages; and
WHEREAS, said memorandum agreement has been signed by the owner and it is recommended for
approval to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the memorandum of agreement for Parcel No. 9 (PIN 22-
118-22-14-0019 and 22-118-22-14-0020) between the City and Family Hope Services, Inc. is
approved, and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the
City.
