HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2006-476CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2006-476 APPROVING YARD WASTE SERVICES AGREEMENTS WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth provides an opportunity for residents to dispose of yard waste materials in an environmentally responsible manner; WHEREAS, The cities of Wayzata and Long Lake are unable to provide similar services for their residents; WHEREAS, entering into a service agreement to accept yard waste (excluding grass) from Wayzata and Long Lake residents will be mutually beneficial to all parties; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City enter into a Yard Waste Services Agreements with the Cities of Wayzata and Long Lake and authorize the Mayor and City Manager to sign the agreements. Adopted by the City Council on November 28, 2006. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
