HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2006-472CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2006-472 ORDER PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR 2007 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT CITY PROJECT NO. 7107 WHEREAS, the 2006 annual update for the Pavement Management Program and the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) made recommendations for the 2007 Street Reconstruction Project; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine the work required on each street in the areas recommended to be considered for the 2007 Street Reconstruction Project; and WHEREAS, the area located south of County Road 6 to, and including 91h Avenue, from County Road 101 to, and including Dunkirk Lane and 14th Avenue, east of Dunkirk Lane is the recommended project area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Engineer is instructed to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. Adopted by the City Council on November 28, 2006.
