APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS FOR
RENOVATION SYSTEMS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO ARCHITECTURAL
SCREEN WALLS AND SITE IMPROVMETNS AT 2735 CHESHIRE LANE NORTH

WHEREAS, the Renovation Systems has requested a second one-year extension of a site plan
amendment and variance for property legally described as:
Lot 8, Block I of Industrial Park 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public meeting
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Renovation Systems for a second one-year extension of a site plan amendment and variance for
the constriction of two architectural screen walls and site improvements, subject to the following
conditions:
1. A second one-year extension to the development approvals is hereby granted, subject to the
conditions listed in Resolution 2004-434.
2. The development approvals shall now expire on November 28, 2007.
