RESOLUTION NO. 2006-462
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL
PAYMENT FOR GREENWOOD PARK IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the contractor Omann Brothers Inc. has finished all the work on the parking
lot at Greenwood Park School; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$1,351.02; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and accepted all work on this project,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 1 in the amo8unt of $1,351.02 and final payment in the amount of
$77,068.63 is hereby approved, and fiirther, it is approved that half of this work will be
billed to the Wayzata School District.
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 2006.
