RESOLUTION 2006-451
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR
A SIDEWALK AND RETAINING WALL TO BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 1, BLOCK 7,
SEVEN GREENS SECOND AT 15800 50TH PLACE
WHEREAS, Swan Development has requested approval to execute an encroachment agreement to
constrict a sidewalk and retaining wall and;
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement only permits the encroachment of the sidewalk and
retaining wall within the easement and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes;
and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as Lot 1, Block 7, Seven Greens Second Addition;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow for the constriction of a
sidewalk and retaining wall to occupy a drainage and utility easement at 15800 50th Place.
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 2006.
