RESOLUTION NO. 2006-449
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
T -MOBILE FOR ANNTENNA MOUNTING ON THE WATER
STANDPIPE LOCATED AT 18950 COUNTY ROAD 6
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the use of City
owned land for wireless telecommunication antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received an application from T -Mobile to locate antennas on the County Road
6 water standpipe; and
WHEREAS, A structural engineer will be required to approve plans before any work will commence
safe guarding any negative impact to existing City property or other users, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney which would allow
T -Mobile to have the antennas on the County Road 6 water standpipe.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into the
agreements with T -Mobile to locate personal communication antennas on the County Road 6 water
standpipe.
