HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2006-448CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2006-448 TERMINATION OF WATER QUALITY POND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR PIKE LAKE WOODS 3RD ADDITION (98170) WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Pike Lake Woods 3rd Addition to terminate the Agreement Regarding Water Quality Treatment Pond dated November 11, 1998 recorded on December 10, 1998 as Document No. 3095086 in the office of the County Recorder for Hennepin County and; WHEREAS, the petition has gone through the review process established by the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has determined that the petition is eligible and meets all the necessary requirements of the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the petition to terminate the water quality pond maintenance agreement for Pike Lake Woods 3rd Addition (98170) is granted. The water quality treatment pond agreement for Pike Lake Woods 3rd Addition (98170) is terminated. ADOPTED by the City Council on November 14, 2006. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ( ss.
