RESOLUTION NO. 2006-447
AUTHORIZING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS ON BOTH SIDES OF
RANCHVIEW LANE BETWEEN 3RD AVENUE AND 5TH AVENUE
FROM 8:30 A.M. TO 4:30 P.M. WEEKDAYS
WHEREAS, there is a concern for the safety of the children who are either walking to/from
school or being picked -up by parents and currently pass between parked cars to cross Ranchview
Lane; and
WHEREAS, the neighbors have requested that parking be restricted on both sides of Ranchview
Lane between -1 Avenue and 5th Avenue during weekday school use times;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the installation of signs at the
following locations: "No Parking" 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, on both sides of Ranchview
Lane between -1 Avenue and 5th Avenue.
Adopted by the City Council on November 14, 2006.
