SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2006-411
VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AS LEGALLY
DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENT NO. 8812450 WHICH LIES WITHIN LOT 2,
BLOCK 1, EPIPHANY SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of said drainage and utility
easement by Resolution No. 2006-411.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
New drainage and utility easements are submitted and approved by the
City for recording at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on October 10, 2006.
