SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2006-409
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of drainage and utility
easements by Resolution No. 2006-409.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
New drainage and utility easements are submitted and approved by the
City for recording at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on October 10, 2006.
