Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2006-404CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2006-404 APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND THE PLYMOUTH-WAYZATA YOUTH BASEBALL ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, Plymouth -Wayzata Youth Baseball has proposed constriction of a building at Greenwood Park School; and WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized constriction of said building contingent upon a signed agreement; and WHEREAS, the City and the baseball association have reached an agreement on a contract, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the agreement between Plymouth -Wayzata Youth Baseball and the City of Plymouth is hereby approved, and fiirther, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said agreement, and fiirther, that the addendum to license agreement with Wayzata School District is hereby approved, and that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said addendum. Adopted by the City Council on October 10, 2006.
