APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5
PLYMOUTH METROLINK STATION 73 TRANSIT FACILITY
CITY PROJECT NO. 3125
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 for The Plymouth Metrolink Station 73 Transit Facility City
Project No. 3125, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 5 for Plymouth Metrolink Station 73
Transit Facility City Project No. 3125, by changing the Stahl Constriction contract amount by
$92,209 for a total constriction contract amount of $4,618,068 is approved.

The revised date of substantial completion is September 8, 2006 in lieu of August 25, 2006 and
liquidated damages are to begin everyday after October 6, 2006 in lieu of September 22, 2006.
Adopted by the City Council on October 10, 2006.
