RESOLUTION NO. 2006-396
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 12 AND FINAL
VICKSBURG LANE UNDERGROUND WATER STORAGE RESERVOIR
CITY PROJECT NO. 3108
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Natgun Corp., as contractor, have
entered into an agreement for Vicksburg Lane Underground Water Storage Reservoir,
City Project No. 3108, said agreement being dated February 1, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $3,644,969.00. One change order
was approved reducing the contract by $33,489.52. The value of the work
to date is $3,595,251.98 and is herewith approved. The final contract
amount is $16,227.50 or .5% less than the revised contract amount.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Vicksburg Lane
Underground Water Storage Reservoir and certified to the Council by the
Engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the
contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all
legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty
work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 12 and Final in the amount of $71,905.03 to
Natgun Corp for Vicksburg Lane Underground Water Storage Reservoir is
hereby approved and the City Administrative Services Director is hereby
authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
