RESOLUTION NO. 2006-395
APPROVING AUDIT SERVICES FOR 2006, 2007 AND 2008
WHEREAS, the City charter, State statutes and federal regulations require an annual audit of the
City's financial records; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co. P.A. has provided
audit services in the past; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich
& Co. P.A. to provide audit services to the City for the years 2006, 2007 and 2008 for $41,725,
$44,750 and $45,500 respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the firm of Malloy, Montague, Karnowski,
Radosevich & Co. P.A. is hereby approved to perform audit services for the City for the years
2006, 2007 and 2008 for $41,725, $44,750 and $45,500 respectively.
Adopted by the City Council October 10, 2006.
