HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2006-376CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2006-376 REQUESTING FUNDING FROM MNDOT THROUGH THE FISCAL YEAR 2008 MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to constrict improvements to improve the operation of the intersection of Trunk Highway 55 and Fernbrook Lane; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is requesting financial participation in the project from the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) through the Fiscal Year 2008 Municipal Agreement Program; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth must commit to providing the local share of the costs if the project is selected as a part of the Fiscal Year 2008 Municipal Agreement Program; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: is hereby requesting funding from MnDOT through its Fiscal Year 2008 Municipal Agreement Program to constrict improvements to improve the operation of the intersection of Trunk Highway 55 and Fernbrook Lane; and FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby commits to provide the local share if awarded a grant for such project.
