RESOLUTION NO. 2006-360
ADOPT PRELIMINARY 2007 BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared the preliminary proposed 2007 for
the calendar year 2007 based upon the requirements of State Law and City
Charter, and;
WHEREAS, this proposed operating budget resolution and the accompanying
proposed tax levies contained in Resolution No. 2006 - are being submitted by
the City in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and other applicable laws in effect
on this date, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs on the 2007 Plymouth Housing and
Redevelopment Authority budgets in the amount of $4,529,325.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the preliminary 2007
proposed operating budgets for the following funds are hereby given preliminary
approval:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council declares its intent to take
all necessary actions legally permissible to the submission and approval of the
City's budget and property tax levies both proposed and final.
