SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2006-356
VACATING DRAINAGE, UTILITY AND
PONDING EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, ELWELL MILEY AND QUINN ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of said Easements by
Resolution No. 2006-356.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed
until:
New drainage and utility easements for the reconfigured pond are
submitted and approved for recording by the City.
Adopted by the City Council on September 12, 2006.
