RESOLUTION NO. 2006-353
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
POT LUCK CATERING, INC., D/B/A TOWN AND COUNTRY CATERING
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
Pot Luck Catering, Inc., d/b/a Town and Country Catering, 3155 Empire Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -
sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license is hereby approved for Pot Luck Catering, Inc., d/b/a
Town and Country Catering, 3155 Empire Lane, effective September 13, 2006, through January
31, 2007. Issuance of the license is contingent on receipt of a Certificate of Occupancy.
Approved by the City Council on September 12, 2006.
