RESOLUTION NO. 2006-352
APPROVING ON—SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
E. A. PLYMOUTH, INC.
D/B/A EL AZTECA,
3500 VICKSBURG LANE, SUITE 500
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale and Sunday liquor licenses from E.A.
Plymouth, Inc. d/b/a El Azteca, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and has found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that
on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor licenses are hereby approved for E. A. Plymouth, Inc.d/b/a
El Azteca, 3500 Vicksburg Lane, Suite 500, effective September 13, 2006, through January 31,
2007.
