RESOLUTION NO. 2006-346
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WELL NOS. 7 AND 12 MAINTENANCE PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 5133
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Minor pump part replacement, reconditioning of the Well No. 7 submersible
motor, cleaning and video inspection of the well casing, and a new spare
submersible motor.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Well Nos. 7 and 12 Maintenance Project, City Project
No. 5133, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to Bergerson Caswell
Inc., for the Well Nos. 7 and 12 Maintenance Project, City Project No. 5133, by adding
$66,775 is approved:
Original Contract Amount
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$121,187.50
- Add 66,775.00
$187,962.50
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional funding in the amount of $66,775 will be from
the Water Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on September 12, 2006.
