RESOLUTION NO. 2006-336
APPROVAL OF BASS LAKE PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Bass Lake Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statutes, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals were received and opened on August 7, 2006 for Bass Lake
Playground; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Midwest Playscapes, Inc.
$80,000
Minnesota Wisconsin Playground
$79,981
Earl F. Anderson Inc.
$120,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Minnesota Wisconsin
Playground is declared the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Bass Lake
Playground and accepts their bid in the amount of $79,981 for Bass Lake Playground.
FURTHER, that the fiinding is from Fund 406.
Adopted by the City Council on September 12, 2006.
