RESOLUTION 2006-318
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MARY ANDERSON TO
ALLOW TWO ACCESSORY BUILDINGS OVER 120 SQUARE FEET FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2207 OAKVIEW LANE NORTH (2006059)
WHEREAS, Mary Anderson has requested a conditional use permit to allow two
accessory buildings over 120 square feet on property legally described as follows:
The north 100 feet of the south 1206.5 feet of the west 324.6 feet of the southwest
quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Mary Anderson for a conditional use permit to allow two accessory buildings
for property located at 2207 Oakview Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. A conditional use permit is approved to allow a detached garage containing 720
square feet in gross floor area based on the findings that the standards in Section
21015 of the Zoning Ordinance have been met, as shown on the application and plans
received by the City on June 30, 2006 except as may be amended by this resolution.
2. Prior to construction of the structure, the applicant must obtain separate
approval of a building permit.
3. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the survey shall be revised to conform to the
site plan and the north property line shall be identified to confirm the required 6 -foot
setback.

4. The existing driveway shall be removed within one year.
5. Standard Conditions:
a. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
b. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
c. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property
owner or applicant has substantially started constriction of the project, or unless
the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the
expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21015.07
of the Zoning Ordinance.
