RESOLUTION NO. 2006-295
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR
LICENSES FOR CHARLIE RAE, INC. DB/A AXED S
BONFIRE WOODFIRE COOKING, 3000 HARBOR LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
Charlie Rae, Inc. d/b/a Axel's Bonfire Woodfire Cooking, 3000 Harbor Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Police department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an on -
sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license is hereby approved for Charlie Rae, Inc. d/b/a Axel's
Bonfire Woodfire Cooking, 3000 Harbor Lane, effective July 26, 2006, through January 31, 2007.
Adopted by the City Council on July 25, 2006.
