RESOLUTION NO. 2006-293
APPROVING OFF -SALE LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
BASS LAKE WINES & SPIRITS, LLC D/B/ABAS S LAKE
WINES & SPIRITS, 11540 BASS LAKE ROAD N.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale liquor license from Bass Lake
Wines & Spirits LLC d/b/a Bass Lake Wines & Spirits, 11540 Bass Lake Road N.; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
off—sale liquor license is hereby approved for Bass Lake Wines & Spirits LLC d/b/a Bass Lake
Wines & Spirits, 11540 Bass Lake Road N. The liquor license is issued for the period through
January 31, 2007.
