APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPING ENCROACHMENT
INTO A DEDICATED DRAINAGEXTILITY EASEMENT
WITHIN LOT 8, BLOCK 9, SEVEN GREENS
5025 TERRACEVIEW LANE
WHEREAS, Troy and Mara Beugen have petitioned to constrict landscaping into a dedicated
public drainage and utility easement on said Lot 8; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement only permits the landscaping to be constricted in
accordance to the plans and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, the property to which this encroachment agreement is granted is legally described as
Lot 8, Block 9, Seven Greens; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow for constriction of
landscaping within the dedicated public drainage and utility easement within said lot.
