RESOLUTION NO. 2006-279
APPROVING OFF -SALE LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
UMBRIA PIZZERIA LLC D/B/A GOURMET MARKET SPECIALTY FOODS AND FINE
WINES, 3195 VICKSBURG LANE N.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale liquor license from Umbria
Pizzeria LLC d/b/a Gourmet Market Specialty Foods and Fine Wines, 3195 Vicksburg Lane N
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
off—sale liquor license is hereby approved for Umbria Pizzeria LLC d/b/a Gourmet Market
Specialty Foods and Fine Wines, 3195 Vicksburg Lane N. The liquor license is issued for the
period through January 31, 2007.
Approved by the City Council on July 11, 2006.
