RESOLUTION NO. 2006-269
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
VICKSBURG LANE PUMPING STATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 3108
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Item one provides for the cost of adding a fire alarm requested by the City of
Plymouth Fire Marshal. Item two provides for the cost of adding three exit
devices requested by the City of Plymouth Building Official. Item three
provides costs to install additional conduit needed by the security contractor.
Item four provides for costs to install a fiiel fill box as requested by the City of
Plymouth Fire Marshal. Item five provides for costs to add two sample taps
and hose bibs to the project.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Vicksburg Lane Pumping Station, City Project No.
3108, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2 for Magney Constriction
Inc., for Vicksburg Lane Pumping Station, City Project No. 3108, by adding $41,587.15 is
approved:
