AMENDING THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING
SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH SRF CONSULTING GROUP FOR
FERNBROOK LANES IMPROVEMENTS
FROM 27TH AVENUE TO 34TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 1013
WHEREAS, the City has an agreement for engineering services with SRF Consulting Group for design
and constriction services for the Fernbrook Lane, 27t1' Avenue to 30h Avenue Improvements Project;
and
WHEREAS, SRF Consulting Group has requested an increase in the not -to -exceed agreement amount
from $491,902 to $527,443 due to more than originally anticipated parcels to be acquired; and
WHEREAS, the contract is based on actual time worked and reimbursable expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Professional Engineering Services agreement between the
City and SRF Consulting Group, for the Fernbrook Lane, 27t1' Avenue to 30h Avenue Improvements,
City Project No. 1013 dated March 14, 2006 be amended by increasing the amount of the not -to -
exceed agreement from $491,902 to $527,443.
