APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR AN ABOVE GROUND SWIMMING POOL
ENCROACHMENT INTO A DEDICATED DRAINAGEXTILITY EASEMENT
WITHIN LOT 7, BLOCK 2, BASS LAKE TERRACE 2ND ADDITION
5460 TEAKWOOD LANE
WHEREAS, Matthew Fox and Leslie Blazing -Fox are petitioning to constrict an above ground
swimming pool approximately 14 feet into a dedicated public drainage and utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement only permits the above ground pool to be constricted in
accordance to the plans and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, the property to which this encroachment agreement is granted is legally described as
Lot 7, Block 2, Bass Lake Terrace 2" a Addition; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow for the constriction of an
above ground swimming pool within the dedicated public drainage and utility easement within said
lot.
