RESOLUTION NO. 2006-258
RESCIND RESOLUTION 76-68 AND
ALLOW PARKING ONLY ON EAST SIDE OF NATHAN LANE
500 FEET NORTH OF 10TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, the existing "No Parking" Resolution No. 76-68 no longer represents the
existing need for a portion along the east side of Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by adjacent property owners to remove a
segment of the existing "No Parking" signs to accommodate residential parking; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, rescinds Resolution No.
76-68 and allow parking only on the east side of Nathan Lane 500 feet north of I 01
Avenue.
Adopted by the City Council on June 27, 2006.
