RESOLUTION NO. 2006-250
ADOPTING THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN
WHEREAS, it is important to provide a written guide to assist key City officials and
emergency organizations in carrying out their responsibilities for protection of life and
property under a wide range of emergency conditions; and
WHEREAS, such documentation is required by Federal, State, and County Emergency
Management Divisions of local municipalities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth's Emergency Operations Plan has been fully updated
to meet these requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Emergency Operations Plan is now NIMS compliant,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the City Council adopts the City of Plymouth's Emergency
Operations Plan.
