Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2006-241CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2006-241 APPROVING WINE AND ON—SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR UMBRIA PIZZERIA LLC D/B/A UMBRIA PIZZERIA, 3195 VICKSBURG LANE N. 4103 WHEREAS, the City has received an application for wine and on—sale 3.2 malt liquor licenses from Umbria Pizzeria LLC d/b/a Umbria Pizzeria, 3195 Vicksburg Lane N. 4103; and WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the application. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that wine and on—sale 3.2 malt liquor licenses are hereby approved for Umbria Pizzeria LLC d/b/a Umbria Pizzeria, 3195 Vicksburg Lane N. 4103. The liquor license is issued for the period through January 31, 2007. Approved by the City Council on June 13, 2006.
