RESOLUTION NO. 2006-239
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO
DOODY MECHANICAL
WHEREAS, Doody Mechanical has successfully completed all of the work on the
Plymouth Ice Center Project; and
WHEREAS, the City's constriction manager, RIM, is recommending final payment be
made; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
final payment in the amount of $26,465 be made to Doody Mechanical, Inc, and fiirther,
that all costs shall be charged to the Ice Center constriction project.
Adopted by the City Council on June 13, 2006.
