APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
BASS LAKE LIFT STATION UPGRADES
CITY PROJECT NO. 4116
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Seven items of additions and deductions to the contract amount.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Bass Lake Lift Station Upgrades, City Project No. 4116, is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for Gridor Constriction, Inc., for
City Project No. 4116, by adding $7,028 to the contract is approved:
Original Contract Amount $1,434,700
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 — ADD 7,028
CONTRACT AMOUNT $1,441,728
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional fiinding in the amount of $7,100 will be needed
from the Sewer Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on June 13, 2006.
