RESOLUTION NO. 2006-232
AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING" ALONG BOTH SIDES
OF THE HWY. 169 SERVICE ROAD NORTH OF 30TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, posting "No Parking" along both sides of the Hwy. 169 Service Road North
of 301h Avenue will prohibit vehicles from parking and posting advertisements for
motorists traveling on Hwy. 169;and
WHEREAS, this dead end road does not directly serve any private or public properties so
there is no reason for anyone to need to park along it;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby, authorizes the installation
of "No Parking" signs along both sides of the Hwy. 169 Service Road north of 301h
Avenue.
Adopted by the City Council on June 13, 2006.
