RESOLUTION NO. 2006-228
RECEIVING ENGINEERING PROPOSALS AND
DESIGNATING THE ENGINEER FOR INTERSECTION
IMPROVEMENTS COUNTY ROAD 61/COUNTY ROAD 47
CITY PROJECT NO. 6108
WHEREAS, Intersection Improvements - County Road 61/County Road 47 is listed as a 2006
CIP project in the approved 2006 - 2010 CIP program at an estimated total cost of $1 million;
and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to three of seven designated engineering firms
that have expertise in roadway intersection projects; and
WHEREAS, the proposals were received and evaluated by City staff, and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Howard R. Green Company be designated as the engineer
for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
• Howard R. Green Company is designated as the City's consulting engineer
for design and constriction services for the Intersection Improvements at
County Road 61/County Road 47, City Project 6108.
Adopted by the City Council on June 13, 2006.
