APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
47th AVENUE WEST OF UNDERWOOD
STREET AND UTILITIES IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 4141
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor for increased costs due to delays for Select Granular
Borrow, Geotextile Fabric, Aggregate Base CL 5 and Type LV3 non -wearing course
bituminous mixture.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for 47t1' Avenue west of Underwood Street and Utilities
Improvements, City Project No. 4141, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2 for R. P. Utilities Inc., for City
Project No. 4141, by increasing the contract amount by $8,908.50 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $191,083.00
Previous Change Order 0.00
(Time extension only)
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 8,908.50
CONTRACT AMOUNT $199,991.50
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional fiinding in the amount of $9,000 will be needed
from the Special Assessment Fund.
