RESOLUTION NO. 2006-225
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF
UNPLATTED
PARCEL 35-118-22-11-0035
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Council's Tax Forfeit Land Policy, each
parcel has been reviewed; and
WHEREAS, parcel 35-118-22-11-0035 is a unbuildable single family lot, however
will best serve a public use as storm water drainage; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT IT HEREBY:
1. The previous classification (788 -NC) made by the Board of County
Commissioners of parcel 35-118-22-11-0035 as non -conservation land,
and
2. Requests conveyance to the City of Plymouth for the public use as
storm water drainage.
The Council certifies that it knows of no wells located on the property.
Adopted by the City Council on June 13, 2006.
