RESOLUTION NO. 2006-224
AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF
LOT 1 BLOCK 1 CREEKWOOD HEIGHTS 2ND
PARCEL 22-118-22-44-0053
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has provided the City with a list on non -
conservation properties which have become tax forfeit as a result of nonpayment of
property taxes and/or special assessments; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Council's Tax Forfeit Land Policy, each
parcel has been reviewed; and
WHEREAS, parcel 22-118-22-44-0053 is a substandard from a development
perspective and is unbuildable in its current condition, however will best serve a
public use as storm water drainage; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT IT HEREBY:
1. Approves the classification made by the Board of County
Commissioners of parcel 22-118-22-44-0053 as non -conservation land,
and
2. Requests conveyance to the City of Plymouth for the public use as
storm water drainage.
The Council certifies that it knows of any wells located on the property.
