RESOLUTION NO. 2006-215
APPROVING FUNDING AND BIDDING
OF ZACHARY PLAYFIELD PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer has developed a set of plans and
specifications and estimated budget for the reconstruction of Zachary Playfield; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth -New Hope Little League has offered and agreed to fiend
$250,000 of the cost of said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed to bid the Zachary Playfield
project, and fi rther to return to the City Council for award of bids, and further, that the
budget for this project will be established at $832,500, with all City funding to come
from the park replacement fiend.
Adopted by the City Council on May 23, 2006.
