RESOLUTION NO. 2006-184
APPROVAL OF APPLICATION TO EXTEND THE LICENSED
PREMISES FOR WOODY'S CARLSON PARKWAY LLC D/B/A
WOODY'S GRILLE CARLSON PARKWAY, 220 CARLSON PARKWAY
WHEREAS, Woody's Carlson Parkway LLC d/b/a Woody' Grille Carlson Parkway, 220 Carlson
Parkway, has submitted an application to extend their licensed premises for outdoor seating; and
WHEREAS, the activities would be controlled in a fenced area of their parking lot; and
WHEREAS, the hours of operation would be Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m. — 10:00
p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11:00 a.m. — 11:00 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. — 10:00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the request to extend the licensed premises is hereby
approved.
Adopted by the City Council on May 9, 2006.
