APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR WOOD DECK ENCROACHMENT INTO A
DRAINAGEXTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 20, BLOCK 2, CASCADES
WHEREAS, Kelly Bliss has requested that a wood deck encroach 4 feet into a dedicated public
drainage and utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement only permits the deck to be constricted in accordance to
the plans and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, the property to which this encroachment agreement is granted is legally described as
Lot 20, Block 2, Cascades; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow for the constriction of a
deck within the dedicated public drainage and utility easement.
Adopted by the City Council on May 9, 2006.
